Monday, June 13, 2022 - Very floral, with plenty of dried flower and lavender action. There’s some hoisin and cherry fruit too. It is velvety, with decent flesh and excellent minerally detail. There’s some smoked meats towards the finish and it is powerful yet airy and graceful.
