Friday, June 10, 2022 - My bottle. Classic and pristine. Luscious and foreword nose. Rich with some lemon and butterscotch - not ox, just age and it's somewhat sweet and rich. Some oak. White florals. Matt says cream creamsicle and steel shavings. Rich and balanced on palate. Cream. Lemon. Lots of minerals. Long wide lemon and some green finish w sweet oak. Just lovely.

2 hours later. Palate and finish are off the charts. Minerals And green and a bit of pale. Long and perfect.
