Wednesday, June 22, 2022 - Decanted for 90 minutes before service, which was about right - the wine was largely consistent with the better bottles we've had, and is approaching the end of its plateau of maturity, with a smooth, silky texture, minimal tannins, and complex secondary aromatics.
