After a couple of hours the nose shows some dark mulberry fruit, ripe, but not jammy, some cinnamon and maybe a tiny scosh of barnyard. In the mouth there is good acidity and big grainy licoricey tannins. The second night it it a little more open with no signs of oxidation and drinks pretty well. These should just be buried and forgotten about for 5-6 years or more. I think it is going to be very good at the 10 year point.
