Monday, June 27, 2022 - Had a number of top end 2008 Champagnes now, and for me this was up with the best of them. Florals, citrus fruit and rind, golden delicious apple, freshly cooked bread. Beautiful, zingy, refreshing acid that drives the dense flavours long. Just love the line and purity of this wine, and those fine beads are a thing of beauty. Great drinking now but will obviously live a long time.
