Saturday, July 9, 2022 - Pale straw, white gold colour .
Lightly fragrant , soft pears and a hint of honeysuckle.
Lovely ripe peaches and pears, ripe aged lemons, soft herbal edge, and just a hint of vanilla. Very pure clean and crisp, youthful presence, just starting to open up. Nice drinking, probably age another five at least.
