Pleasant and refreshing. Light and clean with a nice bead of acid. Delicate citrus, a hint of peach and kiwi, with a short finish. Not showing a great deal of age, but I'm sure it could maintain easily for several more years.

At The Ritz. Presents with some age. Mid gold. This is rich and rounded. The GC power shows through in the balance and complexity. Rather fruit forward at first before the saline and cream kicks in. Good acidity. Impressive. Works well with Dorset crab.

Pale straw, white gold colour . Lightly fragrant , soft pears and a hint of honeysuckle. Lovely ripe peaches and pears, ripe aged lemons, soft herbal edge, and just a hint of vanilla. Very pure clean and crisp, youthful presence, just starting to open up. Nice drinking, probably age another five at least.

had never had this monopole (or, I think, this producer either), anyway this was a test bottle and it didn't test well... funny enough others (including my wife, whose palate I generally am in line with on white burg/chablis) liked it better... I thought dilute, something heavy / oily (oak maybe??), no tension or zip, and not even richness to enjoy (tho I prefer tension)... it is official -- no rebuy

Silky, rich Grand Cru Chablis. Should be great for short-medium term aging. A touch overpriced.
