Thursday, July 21, 2022 - Luis is MIA Again (Broder's Pasta Bar, Minneapolis): Light medium golden color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. This seemed quite a bit different than the last bottle we had. There was a real brightness to the crisp red apple fruit, giving it almost a sense of sweet ripe fruit on the palate, with citrus notes a vein of clean chalk as this is quite crisp and lively. The nose has so much red apple it was mindful of sparkling apple cider. Didn't note any oxidative character. Very good.
