Tuesday, July 26, 2022 - Pop and poured. Initially pretty earthy and then nice sweet tobacco on the nose. The first couple of hours quite forward, in a medium bodied package thats elegant and pure with lovely sweet fruit and nice acidity.
Later more energetic, but also more tight, with excellent black cherries. After 3 hours this is really tight.
There's class here and its really interesting, but Im going to wait with this one.
