About what you'd expect from a 16 year old ripe & candied style California Pinot Noir. As others have noted, this is very light colored -- I've seen darker roses. This still has plenty of ripe fruit -- it just tastes...evolved. It was Ok, just not that interesting at this stage in its life. No one will mistake this for aged Burg, that's for sure. If scoring, I'd go with 85 - 86 at this moment in its evolution.
