Sunday, August 7, 2022 - Ripe and tart apple supplemented with floral and lemon peel. Good weight, better length. This continues to be an inconsistent wine. Bottle was a clear leaker, wet and slightly moldy under the capsule. While not the finest bottle of this wine I've ever tasted, this exceeded expectations give cork condition.
