Thursday, August 11, 2022 - Needs to be served slightly cool, as the plump riper
Vintage is a bit hot at room temp. Fleshy rip red fruits and some blacks mixed in. With air, seems to firm up and show more tannin which seems to bode well for the future. This vintage is a bit more glossy and polished, lacking the spice and savage notes of a more rustic wine.
