Tuesday, August 16, 2022 - 45 min decant. Deep, dark red colour. Plum, black cherry, chocolate, cola, rubber, tobacco, menthol, graphite. Fully integrated tannins. A touch bitter. Alcohol lingers on the finish. Paired nicely with grilled sirloin, roasted mushroom and beet salad. Still needs 3-5 years to truly blossom. Hold.
