Saturday, August 13, 2022 - This is young but showing its hand a little. Nice fruit quickly followed by secondary flavors of pencil shaving, oak spices and tiny amounts of smoke. As this matures in the bottle it should improve but ti will not be like the 1996 Cinq Cépages we tasted side by side with this.
