First night: nose of apricot, herbal tea, palate of balanced apricot, honeysuckle, quinine and other minerals, long, long finish. Second night: nose leaning toward pineapple, palate of pineapple/apricot and botrytis, slightly less fruit on day 2 but breadth of flavor, minerals more focused, and long finish. Both nights: my friends and I were speechless, as if staring into the glass contained some inner truth. It tastes VERY young nonetheless. I KNOW it will improve with time, but how much better can it get???
