Sunday, December 1, 2013 - Color: Bright garnet with purple opaque rim. Nose: licorice, black cherry, basil, slight toasted oak. Palate entry: Astringent tannin, acidic, fruity. Mid-Palate: oaky, ginger, cherry bubble gum. Finish: Alcohol, smoky, dried cherry. Very fruity wine with tannic entry, still need a few years to develope.
