Sunday, December 20, 2020 - Probably just a more mature bottle than the last one, but this is just starting to show signs of fatigue. Lovely elegant flavours of cassis and spices as usual, but just edging now towards tartness. It should be fine for another two years but it hasn't got the structure for longer and I see no reason for any further improvement.
