Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Excellent tonight, although it took an hour or two to open. It was very closed at first, but it amazingly woke up fairly quickly. No real decant other than a pour and long wait. From a magnum, over hours, but really seems integrated, gaining slightly, with fruit, earth, and body. Not too tannic, we ended up drinking it a lot by the glass, although it accompanied food very well too. I would say easily ready to drink if you have it. Very nice bottle of Pauillac.
