Wednesday, May 23, 2012 - Clear, med(-) intensity lemon color. Clean, youthful nose is more restrained than the fourchaume, showing medium(-) intensity aromas of lemon, green apple, and a more restrained mineral note. Dry palate shows medium(+) acidity, medium(-) body, and medium intensity flavors of lemon, marshmallow, and nutmeg. Medium finish is acid driven. Excellent quality. Will improve over 3-5 yrs and drink well for a while.
