Sunday, August 31, 2014 - Last of a six-pack and this has matured quite a bit over the last year. Melon, oyster shell and oyster meat, with a bit of butter. Not really shedding any tears over this being the last bottle. Nice, but freshness hasn`t really been substituted by complexity as this has developed.
