Monday, November 7, 2022 - Tasted the 2017 base. Moderate salmon pink in the glass. Aromas of strawberry and cream, very fruit driven at first, but opens up to secondary notes quite a bit as the wine warms up. Medium-bodied, fine mousse, high acidity. Well-rounded, well-made Champagne, but not a lot of terroir drive here. Would drink this if there was nothing else on offer.
