Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Blind bubbles tasting (That Wine Place): Blinded. Base of 2017, 100% Pinot Noir, Disgorged Mar 2022 with 4g/l. Med pink almost ruby like. Much darker than the earlier rose. Lots of strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, med body.
