Thursday, September 28, 2023 - Salmon ruby hue. Lifted nose of violets, raspberry, rinsed stone. Crisp cranberry, red raspberry, and strawberry on the fizzy palate. Energetic acidity driving true refreshment. Wonderful with grilled salmon. Half bottle consumed on MDI.
