Sunday, January 15, 2012 - Not much on the nose - maybe a little red fruit, toast, and nuttiness. The palate was really exceptional with nice balance of acidity and red fruit (cranberry mainly. Really creamy mid-palate and a decent finish. Probably not great on the QPR side but still a very nice sparkling wine.
