Saturday, July 9, 2016 - (Dinner with Dan, Mannett, Tim & Barbara Jane) Bright light red color. Fresh strawberries and light cherry on the nose. Good effervescence. Wine has nice presence and persistence. Beautiful accompaniment to grilled salmon; cut through the fat nicely.
