Sunday, November 23, 2008 - Drank last night. Didn't take notes. Intense pink color with slight orange hue. Nose of strawberry with a whiff of yeast. Cherries, pear and strawberry on the palate with zesty acidity and a lovely dry finish. Beautifully made Champagne that both stands on it own and pairs well with food.
