Thursday, February 2, 2012 - Great nose filled with sappy red Pinot fruit. Sweet nose with baking spice and a cherry/strawberry fruit profile. Palate isn't as heavy as one would think from the nose. Decently lean, with vibrant acid and tart cranberry fruit. Went from creamy when first opened to lean, acidic, tart and then back to somewhere in the middle. I think this needs time to shake out.
