Tuesday, April 30, 2013 - Bordeaux 1st Growth Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs; 4/30/2013-5/1/2013 (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): Mark's wine(me). Only double decanted(should have given it a day's aeration. Dark Garnet color. Slow legs. Tight. Typical Cab Franc herbaceousness, with Blackberry notes, Cedar, Tobacco, and lead pencil flavors. Full bodied, with an abbreviated finish. As Luis' R note INFANTICIDE! My only remaining First Growth, a gift from Richard Spring(THANKYOU).
