Friday, December 16, 2011 - Nice and lightish GSM. (Grenache 54%, Mataro 34.5%, Shiraz 11.5%). Had two bottles, first decantered 90 minutes prior to drinking, 2nd was popped and poured. First was smoother then the 2nd, but the 2nd opened up quickly. Good drinking now and will hold up for another couple of years. [cork, 14.8% alc]
