Saturday, September 4, 2021 - Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): End of the night sweet snd to be fair I traded part of my glass for more red wine which I really enjoyed. This is definitely older and it’s the nectarines you get if you bake them in the oven with sugar and maybe even a sprinkling of brown sugar all the way down to full caramelisation. It’s a wine where I just want a little bit because it packs power in that. Drinking nicely. Interested to see how the second bottle goes.
