Saturday, November 4, 2017 - Occational dinner group; Il Caberlot tasting. (Mei Wah): In the bouquet earth, herbs, dark and red berries, autumn forest, vanilla and chocolate. On the palate a little less friendly tannin than the 2000, good acidity, a bit bell pepper and the tannin is still a bit green and sticky.

3/1/2018 6:35:00 AM - Morning Z, thanks for the feedback on the '06 and '07 Caberlot's present characteristics. Based on your impressions, I am going to bury my mags in the deep recesses of my cellar for at least 5 years.
Cheers to an early arrival of spring!
