Thursday, November 6, 2014 - Really nice bottle, better than the one I had 6 years ago. Nicely aged, no signs of breaking up. Smooth, excellent balance of fruit and acid. Benefited from a little breathing, also quite solid the next day. I think the sense is that Pouilly-Fuisse does not age that well. My experience, across a few vintages and producers, is quite the opposite. Most seem to age quite well -- at least up to 10 years.
