Thursday, May 19, 2011 - Fruit and oak on the nose. On first taste, I get a strong beef jerky flavor. Upon letting it breathe, the fruit comes out (cherries, prunes, raisins) with some chocolate and leather (maybe teriyaki) underneath. Fairly long finish without much acidity. Solid throughout; paired with aged Gouda.
