Saturday, June 29, 2013 - Blind tasting, served directly. Nose closed initialy of course, just a pure yellow lemon juice wich does not prepare you to the incoming experience . The mouth is the story of a long travel in three successive country. First a close island of freshness, and minerality , with dry winds. Then progressivly a welcoming meadow with brioche , butter and a lake with dairy glints. Surprisingly and without any effort the experience has the finesse to push you in altitude, with the sap of the fir, some menthol herbs and the high minerality of the granit. An exceptionnal trip wich time and wear will not damage easely.
