Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - A cracking bottle, purchased from the domaine a few years ago, this was good from the get go, but with an hour or so of air really sang. There's the honey and hazlenuts, but with nice tension and acidity and more savoury evolved flavours, and could develop more over the next few years
