Thursday, November 26, 2020 - Peak drinking. Still brilliant garnet color, only the slightest hint of Orange in edges but can’t taste it. Flinty pie crust and dusty cherries, tons of inv in mid palate, balanced and clear fruit. Vanillas have burned off. Just perfect Sonoma Pinot. We had a marginal bottle with age defects a few years ago, but this one really held up.
