Wednesday, March 14, 2012 - Decanted for 30 minutes, served after 90 minutes in an open bottle. Dark Ruby color. Barnyard, floral notes, hints of herbs and eucalyptus on the nose. Tastes include Blackberry, black raspberry, coffee, finishing with the black fruits, and licorice. A nice dry acidic full-bodied wine that will stand up to very flavorful food.
