Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Last bottle from cellar. Love this producer and this vintage is another great example of what they can do. Birthday wine with short rib ravioli and other tasty sides from a decent Italian restaurant. Opened up beautifully after a brief time (10-15min?) in glass. Clear to pale orange meniscus present. Expressive nose. Went well alone and paired even better with food. Secondary and even tertiary notes reveal themselves. Next level stuff. I'd say it is well within it's drinking window. So enjoyable now.
