Saturday, March 25, 2017 - Dark color, with no signs of age. Really nice nose - miscellaneous dark fruits. Fairly rich, with a very nice finish. Not port-like or raisiny, but it was still a little too sweet for my tastes these days. Minimal oak, earth, or funk. Probably best to drink with BBQ. Don't know where it is with respect to its peak, but tannins suggest it's good for at least another couple years.
