Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - Tasting menu at La Belle Vie (La Belle Vie, Mpls): Dark red color. Pnp, drank 2 glasses over an hour plus. Absolutely stellar. Very consistent with last note. Finesse, beautiful berry fruit, earth and mushrooms, floral notes, vanilla and spice with so much richness on the palate. Long finish. This drinking well and getting better.
