Friday, January 29, 2016 - This started off with some oak toast on nose, plus red cherries. On the palate is where this shone. Kept evolving & improving, with each phase moving onto new, greater heights; Just like an aeroplane taking off & climbing. Just great! I actually enjoyed this wine most amongst the entire lineup, but qualitatively, it was bested by the last wine of the night...
