Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Bingo! This was superb! I was worried it might be old but it was still fresh. Wonderful floral notes, accompanied by honeysuckle and a variety of citrus fruits. There is also white peach, honey and treacle on the palate. It is packed full of wonderful creamy vanilla notes from the oak. Amazing structure, fruit dominated but lovely acidity and oak to provide a mouth full of opulent pleasure. Very long and complex. Drink now to avoid tertiary caramel notes.
