Thursday, December 8, 2011 - A wine exhibiting a delicate yellow color with a slight greenish rim. Full throttled and expressive nose with pear, melon, hazelnuts, honey, white flowers, a touch of white pepper, and note of sun baked white stones on the end. A full bodied white wine, with densely packed sweet white fruit flavor on the attack, where pears and ripe melons intermingle with a touch of orange rind and honey. A good dose of acidity on the mid-palate, and spicy mineral laden finish. Smooth texture, feminine flavors, well integrated, great purity of fruit, and nice long finish.
