Saturday, April 16, 2016 - Unctuous and rich, low acidity and seductive -- but best paired with the right food (here a hot smoked salmon and favas, yumm). No darkening in color at all (a Chevillon blanc next to it from the same year was much darker), fresh oily heady nose. Stones and taut white fruit.
