Wednesday, October 10, 2018 - Château de Beaucastel Dinner & Tasting at Jeroboams, Walton Street. Limited notes.
Translucent gold. Crystalline pineapple and ripe melon in a floral viscous frame giving a rich mouth feel. Almost OTT, just enough grip bringing some balance.
For drinking over next 2yrs or so.
