Monday, May 2, 2022 - At The Fulton Jean-George’s NYC. This was ready to shine out the bottle, an apricoty bouquet and butterscotch/buckwheat honey palate, played off the shellfish/octopus dishes extremely well. Can probably hold for a few years but this is at a prime drinking window now.
