Saturday, June 4, 2022 - This is a truly wonderful wine - one of the best I have ever had. Golden, rich, unctuous. Hints of caramel along with the dried apricot, candied fruit zest and yellow peach syrup - yum! This is balanced on the edge between youthful extravagance and old age, with some tertiary notes entering the stage. Long and complex, so many layers of flavour. Drink now while it still has the beauty of youth.
