Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Definitely the best champagne I've ever had, but can't say it's worth the price. The texture, body, and acidity are incredible, but not much complexity to the aromas and favors. Some nice apple, citrus, yeasty, minerality, but I somehow expected more... I must say that this went very well with everything at dinner - from the salad, to the veggies, potatoes, and even prime rib.
