Sunday, October 2, 2011 - (AP 06 02) On the terrace at the end of a gorgeous Indian Summer, with Martin & Diana Penny. First of six recently purchased from Bentleys of Ludlow. Hazel colour, fresh rounded nose, delicious moderately complex palate. To be sipped and savoured - a perfect aperitif. Very well balanced. After a day, it acquires more complexity, with notes of peach and hazelnut, and excellent acidity.
