Friday, June 1, 2018 - Consumed over two nights, this showed more brightness and freshness on night two, so there is still plenty of time to go. Ripe peach, subtle red fruit tones, light honey, apple skin, touches of brown spice and seamless balance made for a complete experience. It felt a touch heavy on the first night, but that completely went away on night two where the peach got fresher and the honey retreated. Ready to go now with some significant air, but no hurry to finish well stored bottles.
